1.1 Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time.
However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.
1.2 How do I create an account?
Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.
1.3 How do I order?
Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
1.4 I have problems adding items to my shopping cart
You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.
1.5 How do I pay for my orders?
We accept two kind of payments
1. Credit, Debit and Prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Diners) via Nexi e-commerce.
All payments using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Nexi e-commerce” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key

1.6 Can I amend /cancel my order?
Once the order has been shipped you cannot cancel your order but you can use the refund service that we offer. Please read the terms and conditions section. If you want to cancel or amend your order please send us an email with your order number and details and we will get back to you asap.
1.7 I have a discount coupon code, how can I use it?
Key in the coupon code at the field “coupon” and click “Apply Coupon” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the coupon code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.
1.8 How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user

2.1 When will my order be processed?
We do are best to keep our standard line of all products in stock. All orders will be processed within 3 buiness days, excluding weekends and public holidays. If any item is out of stock you will be notified when it will be available again. Time stated is based on Greece Time (UTC/GMT +2hours).
2.2 How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We provide 3 shipping methods that you can choose on checkout:
1. Standard – (8 – 15 business days) with registered air mail Greek post service and delivered by your country’s air mail post service.
2. Express – (3 – 6 business days) with DHL
3. free shipping on orders over 300EUR/325USD – (10 – 24 business days) with registered air mail Greek post service and delivered by your country’s air mail post service.

2.3 How can I track my order shipment?
Once the order has been dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with the given link and tracking number.
2.4 There is a missing, defected incorrect item in my order, what should I do?
We apologize hearing that something went wrong with your order. Please send us an e-mail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
2.5 I have not received my parcel, what should I do?
Kindly send us an e-mail if you have not received your parcel after 24 business days and we will assist you accordingly.
3.1 My pedal is not working, what I shall do?
Please follow the steps bellow:
1.Check that all your cables are working properly (try all cables by connecting your guitar directly to the amp).
2.Try the pedal with no other pedals in the chain (guitar –> pedal –> amp).
3.Check if your DC adapter is the correct one. All our pedals, except for the Gravity Spot, work with 9V DC tip-negative adapter (like a standard BOSS pedal). Also all of our pedals except for the Gravity Spot should work with a minimum 100mA DC adapter. The Gravity Spot work with 12V/1000mA DC adapter included in the box
4.If your pedal still doesn’t work, please send us an e-mail with as much detail of the problem as you can.
3.2 I accidentally connected a wrong adapter to the pedal (AC adapter, or higher than 9V) and now my pedal is not working.
All our pedals, except for the Gravity Spot, work with 9V DC tip-negative adapter (like a standard BOSS pedal), but a 12V DC tip-negative adapter is safe as well. You probably have destroy the protection DC circuit. Please send us an e-mail regarding your problem and we will guide you properly. The Gravity Spot work with 12V/1000mA DC adapter included in the box.
3.3 What is the best 9V DC adapter for your pedals ?
All our pedals, except for the Gravity Spot, work with 9V DC tip-negative adapter (like a standard BOSS pedal). We make tests of our pedals with cheap DC adapters to make sure they work perfectly in the worst power scenario. It’s safe to use a 1spot 9V adapter, but using a DC brick power supply with isolated DC outputs can effort better results especially when using many pedals.
